Eagle's proprietary software includes a custom dashboard that allows clients to view the life cycle of every package in the fulfillment queue in real time. This allows our clients to keep their finger on the pulse of fulfillment (only if they want to!) 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service Tools

Eagle’s propriety system allows for numerous ways to better support your customers and ensure their tickets are in their hand in time for the event!

  • Address Verification: Eagle’s system scrubs all addresses to ensure they are able to be delivered to by our postal carriers. This allows for more packages to be delivered and less customer service before the event and at the box office!
  • Ship Confirmation Emails: Eagle sends ship confirmation emails to customers telling them when their package has shipped, to what address it shipped, along with tracking information. This simple step removes numerous pre-event customer service touches and alleviates any customer stress over “where are my tickets?!"
